Recently, President had done the
records to evaluate his minister performance but he ( jokowi ) didn’t want to show the
evaluation results to media or societies. As matter a fact, There is a big
internal problem in jokowi’s minister. Everyone knows that jokowi-jk cabinet
has become the spotlight following its considerably unimpressive performance.
Many media social highlighted jokowi-jk cabinet because only some have a good
track records and the others are bad so that jokowi-jk have to take decision
wheather they want to maintain his minister or do reshuffle. Althouht Jokowi
had evaluated his minister performance, he kept monitoring their work.
According to survey conducted by some survey in indonesia revealed that
Economic Minster was considered to have the worst performance compared to other
ministers including also the Law and Human Rights Minister. In response to the
issue, he is not yet to make a decision. In fact. Jokowi has to consider the recent condition in
making his decision. He has to be smart and not to be hurry in making decision
by conductiing reshuffle.
It has been six months since the
inaguration. The president should know what needs to be done and what needs to
be evaluated. But until now jokowi
choose to remain silent when he asked about the issue of the reshuffling of the
cabinet. But, vice president voiced to do reshuffle because only several
ministers have shown real promise and are actively involved in dealing with
current issues. if there would be any minister sacked from their posts, which
ministers would be reshuffled and to what post. It becomes considerable for our
president by doing reshuffle. He must remain pay attention toward those issues in
order to avoid such a kind of internal disturbing.
To sum up, a plan to reshuffle the
cabinet to improve its performance lies jokowi’s hands. We all expect that the
Working Cabinet needs its members to be placed to the appropriate posts in
order for it to function efficiently.
