Be a minister Has to be bachelor? By. DF and Ito

The government will be running well if supported by good infrastructure. These infrastructures consist of president, vice president, ministries, etc. This ministry is continuing of president representing some department.  Each department of this ministry has a task to manage every sector including to a state government. 

The development of a state very depends on the effort of each ministry. Therefore, people who expert in their field are needed to manage the government process. Not only that, sincerity, hard working and honest are needed. Nowadays, it is very difficult to find people who actually want to work for the society.

Susi Pudjiastuti is one of minister who always becomes the subject of matter. It is because her education background is only junior high school graduate. Even, her smoking behavior and having tattoos makes many people doubt about her working. Is not a minister one of example for the society? What are the true criteria for becoming a minister?

However, her expertise in managing the export company in the field of fishery and flight business brings her to become minister of marine and fishery of Indonesia Republic. Even though Ibu susi is not graduated from marine science and fishery faculty, but she can prove her succession in managing her own company. Not only have that, Ibu susi also shows that although she is not finishing her study, she also can master two languages (English and Dutch).

In conclusion, high education is not primary parameter for success, but much experience people have. The author hope, although Ibu susi Susi  just graduated from junior high school, she can work better than ministers in the past which only work how to make themselves rich, but how to work for the society.
