Chaotic PSSI (Muhlis)

By freezing Football Association of Indonesia ( PSSI ) by the Minister of Youth and Sports Imam Nahrawi, football in our country is getting worse because of the conflict contionously in PSSI internal without any way out. Clearly, PSSI will face severe sanctions from FIFA when PSSI can’t overcame it. What is going on ? Is it a right decision by PSSI or vice versa? Previously, Imam Nahrawi minister issued a decree with freezing PSSI after having an extraordinary congress. Unfortunately, there is no progress report from minister. The writer will try to discuss why the Chotic of PSSI happened.

As we know there are four problems in internal PSSI. First, issue of financial transparency, PSSI doesn’t want to give financial accountability clearly to the House of representative or Minister . Necessarily, PSSI must disclose information because it is a public body. One is financial sector. So  PSSI is alleged lack of transparancy. The second reason, Management club problems in LSI ( Liga Super Indonesia ). PSSI is very poorly in managing the biggest game indonesia one of them is late in paying the salary of their employees. The third reason, problem setting goals. Actually this is undeniable things that everyone knows. And the last is PSSI is filled by those politicians. As a result the Minister of Youth and Sports Imam Nahrawi takes action immediately to review or improve our football in indonesia by freezing PSSI.

On the other hand, brave steps undertaken by the ministry of youth of sports poses a conflict in the society, and sport minister doesn’t have a clear exit plan only creating transision team to solve this problem. The big question is does a transtition team form really competent people? Moreover , there are 20 clubs in LSI that get serious problems such as the fate of the players, salary, and hope even parties that are not related directly such as traders around the field also get bad impact from misnter decision.

To sump up, we hope our minister take action serious and consitent to fix our national football that we love. Every single player, society even the writer want to see our national football flew as high as  in the football stage. There is no conflict again, and there is no issue again.
